Setting goals are a good thing. Every year the CCM team sets goals for the new year. I recently met with the CCM staff team and laid out my vision and the goals to accomplish that vision for 2017. We have a lot of great things planned for 2017.
Here is a look at some of the goals we are aiming for in 2017.
In 2016 we helped launch 18 new client websites. In 2017, we are aiming to launch 28 new client websites.
Here is a list of some of the new clients we served in 2016 …
Social Media Management
In 2016 we introduced a new service – Social Media Management. Social media is such a critical marketing tool for your small business. You need to leverage platforms like Facebook and Instagram to get your message out regarding your product or service. I talk to a lot of small businesses who simply don’t have the time or skill-set to manage their Facebook, Instagram or Twitter profiles. I get it and that is why in 2016 we reached out to 5 of our clients and started helping them manage their social media. In 2017, we are looking to help 12 new clients manage their social media. If you would like to discuss how we can help you with your social media contact me to setup a time to talk.

Social Media Advertising
We are introducing a new service in 2017 – social media advertising. We’ve helped clients in the past with creating and launching ads on Facebook and Instagram, but in 2017 we are partnering with a very unique software advertising platform that can determine the perfect target audience for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Ads by monitoring social media conversations in real time. This is huge! The software we will be using is the only platform out there where people receive ads for what they need, when they need it. This propriety technology is mind blowing and we are very stoked to be able to offer this advertising power to our clients in 2017. We are aiming to introduce this new service to 12 new clients. Visit our website for more information on how this new advertising technology can work for your small business. It’s worth your time to review.

CCM Will Turn Ten This Year
This year we will celebrate 10 years helping some pretty cool small business and nonprofit brands. I look forward to what the new year has in store for us and the clients we currently serve and the new clients that will cross our path.
Starting a new year is always a fun thing for me. It’s an opportunity at a fresh start — a wipe the slate clean moment in time.
We have a re-purposed antique window in our office that we converted to our ‘New Clients Goal Board’. I wiped “the slate clean’ this week to prepare for our vision for 2017. The cool thing was that 2 hours after I wiped it clean, I got an email from a new startup that I have been talking to over the past couple of months. He emailed me to inform me that he signed our CCM contract and was ready to get going the first week of the New Year.
Setting goals are fab-tab-u-lous! Remember my opening paragraph of this blog where I shared that our 2017 goal was to launch 28 new client websites in 2017? Make that 27 – smile!
I am wishing you all the crazy best success in 2017. If me and my team can help you at all with your marketing in 2017 please contact us.
