Hey there. I started CCM in 2007 after losing my Chicago-based job. Nothing shakes you like having a job that you totally love be there one day, then gone the next. The experience of losing a job and starting my own business has really helped me understand the clients who have entrusted their marketing to the CCM team. The Journalism degree I earned from Ball State University provided me with a great love for words. Good content has never been more important in digital marketing.
When I am ‘off the clock’ you will find me working in my yard, walking the Pennsy Trail, spending time with our two dogs (Trudy & Molly), attending one of the many great festivals in Indiana, cooking up something on the grill, date night with my wife, spending time with family, attending church every Sunday and meeting monthly with other couples from our church.
My wife (we met on match.com) and I enjoy vacations, especially when it involves our favorite destination – Holden Beach, North Carolina. We stay plenty busy with our 5 children, 2 grand-daughters, 1 grandson and the lives of 41 family members.
CCM serves some pretty amazing business and nonprofit clients. Back in the day, it was just me. The CCM Team continues to grow. I’d love for you to get acquainted with our talented team below. They are very skilled and great at what they do. We’d love the opportunity to take your marketing to the next level. Give us a call.

I started working at CCM Marketing Agency in January of 2015 as “the intern” to learn web development in a real world work environment. I enjoyed every minute of my internship and I learned so much. During my internship everyone at CCM welcomed me with open arms. After my internship was complete I was very fortunate to be hired on as the web developer at CCM. I finally graduated from IUPUI in December of 2016 in there New Media, Informatics program.
When I am not working at CCM I am most likely at home reading a book, playing video games, or watching a new show on Netflix. I also spend my free time SCUBA diving when the weather is warm enough. I am a certified PADI Master Diver. I have dove in the Florida Keys, quarries, and the Disney Epcot Aquarium. I have seen and swam next to sharks, sea turtles, barracuda, and many fish. One day I hope to find an octopus on one of my diving adventures.
I use to breed and raise rabbits when I was in 4-H, I was a 10 year 4-H member. At one point I had 13 rabbits. I bred cinnamons. They are bred for their meat, but I never sold mine to be eaten. When the 4-H fair was over for that year, I would sale the babies to other 4-H members or new members to continue their 4-H career.
I also enjoy baking. Cupcakes are my specialty. When you come in maybe there will be a few fresh cupcakes in the office.

Hey!! What’s up, my name is Ben. How’s it going? My love for graphics started way back when I was in high school. From there, I went to college at International Business College and graduated in 2012.
Enough about work though. In my free time I like to be outdoors, and sing in my band Now And Then. I enjoy doing my own personal art projects as well. It’s a fun way to relax and express whatever feelings are in the forefront of my mind at that moment in my life. Click around and explore the CCM website for more fun, though!! Check out the other lovely people I work with to see what they’re up to in their regular lives!! So glad you stopped by.

I joined CCM through a program my high school offers to seniors called Mentor-Protégé. My mentor is Mr. Greg Cross and I come in to the office to experience the real world environment of a marketing company. This mentorship has opened my eyes and is helping me decide what I will to do with my career. We are always working on something different here in the office, but no matter, it is always a blast, and I’m honored to be a part of it.
Outside of CCM, I am a full time high school student at Greenfield Central High School and I work part time at Mozzi’s Pizza at 2221 W. Main here in Greenfield. When free time shows itself I tend to read or go on a walk. I keep music playing wherever I am and whenever I can, as I feel everyone else should, too. I am definitely a traveler, I have yet to visit another country but one of my favorite tourist attractions I have visited recently is Washington DC.
In college I will be studying international business with a focus on marketing, but I’m not sure where yet. I am looking toward a major in Business Administration as well as minors in Marketing, Psychology, and English.
